The Role You’ll ContributeThe Registered Nurse (RN) for the Employee Onboarding Clinic works closely with the Employee Health Supervisor, as well as with the Reginal Employee Health Manager, Medical Director and other clinical and non-clinical staff members of AdventHealth to provide exceptional medical care to our team members. The RN performs a variety of occupational health services which include new hire screenings, provide immunizations, blood draws, reviews vaccination records and lab results, respirator fit testing, and drug screens. May be required to assist in blood/body fluid exposure surveillance, medical illness/injury triage, and basic first aid. Is responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe environment for employees and co-workers. Follows all AdventHealth employee health and infection control policies and procedures in accordance set by AdventHealth. Maintains organization to facilitate employee flow. Actively participates in a wide variety of quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance initiatives. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Works under standing orders from the Medical Director to perform various clinical duties. Maintains a working knowledge of various immunizations required for HCW’s in a hospital setting, adhering to the policies and procedures set by AdventHealth.
Knowledge of EMR system for record keeping for employee medical records. Performs daily EMR report checks for accurate data entry and scanning.
Performs proper and legible documentation for orders, procedures and assessments in accordance with AdventHealth policy.
QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Graduate of accredited nursing program
BLS certification
Current Florida license as an RN
