@leonard_rozlyn @LinaHidalgoTX @CNPalerts Exactly i read about the polar vortex like around late January and to prepare for cold weather for like a month.well said the people with cars, a home, a job had the means to well prepare. The ones who don't have reliable transportation are the ones i feel bad for.
